Patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and it is never stored on the web servers you sign in to. Administrative access requires cryptographic keys, never passwords. Every action taken on a claim is recorded with a timestamp, and our defenses are tested against the live system on a recurring cycle, with every result logged. Our IT infrastructue is 100% US-based, with servers hosted at bank-level security data center in Houston, TX. Every customer signs a Business Associate Agreement, and claim data alwys stays in the United States.
Founder
Vitali Khvatkov founded Pinnacle Services Corporation in Houston, Texas. He brings more than twenty years of work on a single underlying problem — finding signal in large, noisy datasets — first in semiconductor metrology, then in computational pathology, where his deep-learning cancer-detection research was published in JAMA. Recovr applies the same discipline to claims data: the denials that matter are a small fraction of the denials you have, and the difference between the two is worth more than any dashboard.
